This is the second year that there has been a requirement on all of Scotland's NHS Boards to produce an annual report on their use of the feedback, comments, concerns and complaints received from patients and the public, and how they use the information gathered to make improvements to services. The report includes examples of good practice from all Boards, as well as recommendations for the future.
