The information we collect

We ask you for information about yourself when you register to use this website, and you must keep this information up-to-date. Your personal information will be protected and will only be used by us in limited ways, as explained below.

Your account details

You must create an account in order to access certain parts of our website, for instance for submitting a case study. We will ask for information such as your name and contact details so that we can get in touch with you about case studies you submit or other information your provide, or to allow us to provide you with information such as a forgotten password.

Electronic newsletter

Our website has an optional service for people who wish to subscribe to our electronic newsletter. If you register for this newsletter, your email address will be held on our database for the purpose of sending you a copy. When you initially register, you will be sent an email to confirm that your details have been added to our database. You can unsubscribe from the electronic newsletter at any time, using the link at the bottom of every email.

Online feedback form

Our website has an electronic feedback form through which you can submit comments you may have about our site or the services we provide. The name and email address you provide on the feedback form will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your comment or enquiry.

Our use of cookies
